Surrounded by stunning countryside, our venue offers plenty of scenic dog walks, perfect for a peaceful stroll with your four-legged friend. Wander through rolling fields, winding trails, and beautiful landscapes all set within the Cairngorms National Park. With fresh country air and breathtaking views, it’s the ideal way to unwind before or after the big day. However, as we’re set on farmland, we kindly ask that dogs stay on a lead to keep both them and our resident wildlife safe—because as much as we love a good game of fetch, we’d rather not be rounding up sheep in wedding attire!
Dog friendly accommodation
At our venue, we believe wagging tails make weddings even more special for those who want their four-legged friends to be part of the celebration. This is why we offer eight dog-friendly hotel rooms as well as all of our lodges also being dog friendly (excluding the Old Mill Lodge). That means plenty of space for your four-legged guests to join the celebrations without squeezing into your honeymoon suite. Whether they’re snoozing in style after a big day of tail-wagging excitement or plotting ways to steal a canapé or two, your pups will feel just as welcome as the rest of your wedding party. After all, it wouldn’t be a pawfect day without them!
